Welcome to Anna's Cuisina.  Anna Peters is easily recognised by her bright red lipstick, trademark red glasses, her laugh and zest for life. She is the founder and Creator of Anna's Cuisina(Founded 1993 in Concord, Nsw), based in Orange, NSW. A company that encompasses all that is food - production, teaching, writing, presenting, knowledge, industry consultancy, ingredients sourcing and Food and Lifestyle Networking.

One of Anna's Cuisina fortes is producing good food and is Australia's recognized and respected leader in the production of handmade gourmet and award winning foods. Anna's Greek heritage and close-knit family (still involved in the business) ensured that her interest in food was nurtured and encouraged, but she initially pursued her passion for music while baking on the side, a hobby that became Anna's Cuisina and a love of all that is Food in 1993.

Food Education is something Anna is very passionate about and her Cooking Classes are very popular and are booked out regularly. Anna's popularity through her teaching, demonstrating for Corporate Clients, and presenting ideas, easy recipes and what is new on her highly rated radio Program Cooking with Anna 107.5fm, writing for magazines and newspapers presents volumes of food, culture and lifestyle to her avid followers.

In 1996 Anna formed a Brand Tours Delicious - Tours about food, producers, and culture and food history. In 2007, Anna released Mary's Munchies, a brand that is focused on savoury foods. In 2009, Kearney's Country Kitchen was developed to provide an assortment of Artisan Breads. In 2010 the new look Anna's Cuisina website was released and is a work in progress, final stages scheduled for in 2013.  The Cooking with Anna Brand is due for release November 2011 - an ingredients range for the home cook and In the Pantry.  In progress are two books - My Greek Heritage in conjunction with her Mother and The Journey of Anna's Cuisina both due for release in 2013 A year when Anna's Cuisina is 20 years of age - a mile stone.
