Anna’s
Cuisina™ are the fruit cake, puddings and shortbread specialists, offering a delectable array of traditional and modernised recipes catering for dietary requirements, gourmet connoisseurs and anyone who appreciates Christmas fare anytime of the year.
Anna Peters, the managing director is a renowned specialist of fruit cakes and puddings. Anna has 22 years experience in the food industry, which contributes to the variety of cooking classes Anna teaches in cuisine and kitchen basics. Anna also writes a weekly recipe column for local paper “The Midstate Observer”.

Anna’s Cuisina relocated from Brookvale, Sydney in 2006 to Orange, Central Western NSW. At 16 years of age and with a brand new factory, Anna’s Cuisina have never looked better! Sustaining a reputation for high standards in production and service; Anna’s Cuisina do not compromise in quality, ensuring we meet and extend beyond all benchmarks set. The Anna's Cuisina Team
The Anna’s Cuisina team are composed of mainstream adults and adults with disabilities. Anna’s Cuisina proudly work with Wangarang Industries, a non profit organisation that provides supported employment and vocational training to people with a disability. Anna’s Cuisina maintains a policy to provide each team member with the ownership of the area they are responsible for; this policy results in a positive work environment with united employees that maintain an enthusiastic and dedicated attitude towards each task they achieve.

Anna’s Cuisina provide a variety of products and services to both wholesale and retail clients; one of our company policies is to sustain loyalty from clients, suppliers and personnel; which has proven to be successful, as through our 15 years we have maintained 80% of original clients and suppliers.
