Anna Peters, the Founder and Creator of Anna's Cuisina is a renowned Gastronomist, Food Writer, Demonstrator, Teacher and a specialist of hand made fruit cakes, puddings and shortbreads. Anna has 24 years experience in the food industry, which contributes to the variety of cooking classes Anna teaches in cuisine and kitchen basics. Anna also writes for the Australian Association of Food Professionals and holds a Position on the Committee.

Anna’s Cuisina relocated from Brookvale, Sydney in 2006 to Orange, Central Western NSW. At 17 years of age, Anna’s Cuisina have never looked better! Sustaining a reputation for high standards in production and service; Anna’s Cuisina do not compromise in quality, ensuring we meet and extend beyond all benchmarks set.
