A transformation of Anna's Cuisina's Classic pudding into a soft and palatable chocolate pudding with a hint of rum. This pudding has been largely influenced by Anna's mother who made this often throughout her childhood.
This pudding is handmade using quality ingredients souced as locally as possible. Fresh eggs from Canobolas, pure Australian butter, Queensland sugar, rum from New South Wales, flour from Manildra, luxurious Dutch cocoa, an array of fresh fruit from the Central Western region of New South Wales, mixed Australian dried fruit and a sprinkling of imported, freshly ground spices.
The Chocolate Rum Pudding is gently steamed, placed in a gold microwavable bowl, wrapped in calico and bowed with a royal purple double sided satin ribbon.
