Anna's Cuisina's Macadamia fruit cake is an Australian approach to the fruit cake, as the macadamia is indigenous to Australia.
Fresh macadamia nuts are crushed lightly and their delicious pieces are scattered evenly throughout the fruit cake. The macadamia gives a special flavour to the traditional Rich Brandy fruit cake, and is a unique modernisation of the recipe.
The macadamia fruit cake is shrink wrapped before being placed in a gold, clear lidded box and bowed with a brilliant Irish green double sided satin ribbon. |
