Anna's Cuisina's Fruit Cakes

Anna’s Cuisina fruit cakes are all deliciously rich and moist. Based on Anna’s Cuisina’s Rich Brandy Fruit Cake our range is identifiable by their quality and standard of presentation, yet each maintain their own uniqueness.

Pure Australian butter, fresh eggs, brandy from NSW distilleries, Manildra flour; and a fruit mix uniquely created for the exclusive use of Anna’s Cuisina by long-time Sydney supplier.

The Anna’s Cuisina team maturate the fruitcake for seven days in a spice and alcohol mix, which is regularly turned to ensure each piece of fruit, is coated. The cakes are created and then decorated with almonds and glace cherries hand selected by the team to ensure that each cake is perfectly finished. Anna’s Cuisina fruitcakes are individually shrink-wrapped before being placed in a clear-lidded gold box and bowed with a double sided satin ribbon, specific to the fruit cakes flavour.

At Anna’s Cuisina we offer smooth, soft and palatable puddings in four flavours.

Pure Australian butter, fresh eggs, brandy and rum from NSW distilleries, flour from Manildra, sugar from QLD, mixed fresh fruits from the Orange region, mixed Australian dried fruits and a sprinkling of imported, freshly ground spices.

Handmade and gently steamed each pudding is packaged in a gold microwavable container which is shrink-wrapped before being wrapped in calico and bowed with a double sided satin ribbon and finished with a swing tag

Anna’s Cuisina has two ranges of biscuits; our delicious little gingerbread men which are based on a traditional German gingerbread recipe; and our shortbread handbags which are an array of flavoured shortbread packaged in colourful handbags

Our biscuits are hand cut and hand packaged created with the highest quality ingredients and methods, and they are a delight for adults and children alike.
