Welcome to Anna’s CuisinaFree Range Eggs

Anna's Cuisina was founded and created by Anna Peters, in October 1993 through a passion for food, music,  people and life. Anna’s Greek heritage and close-knit family (her mother Mary is still involved in the business) ensured that her interest in food was nurtured and encouraged, but she initially pursued her passion for music while baking on the side, a hobby that became Anna’s Cuisina and a love of all that is Food in 1993. Anna's husband is a keen cook, loves food and enjoys all that is Anna's Cuisina.

Recently, Anna and her husband Anthony, opened "Patissiere Anna" located at The Wellness House  55 Bathurst Road Orange. NSW 2800.

Anna's Cuisina has had a structural change of which is Anthanna Pty Ltd t/a Anna's Cuisina. We have not changed any recipes, quality, or standards.

Anna is a renowned Gastronomist, Consultant, Food Writer, Demonstrator, Teacher, Radio Presenter,  and a specialist of hand made fruit cakes, puddings and shortbreads, and delicious savoury and sweet products through the Brand Mary's Munchies, Kearney's Country Kitchen, Tours Delicious and more.

Anna’s Cuisina relocated from Brookvale, Sydney in 2006 to Orange, Central Western NSW. At 18 years of age and have never looked better! Sustaining a reputation for high standards in production, service and presentation; Anna’s Cuisina do not compromise in quality, ensuring we meet and extend beyond all benchmarks set.

Anna and her team are passionate about providing foods and knowledge that are authentic and true to the last ingredient. Using ingredients that is produced in Australia is Anna's primary choice. Though there are times imported is used. We source ingredients through out Australia of which we try and test before we release out into the market place.

Anna's key policy is to make everything, where possible, from the beginning and know who, where and how the ingredients is produced. Using the traditional techniques and recipes for a true and delcious experience. Our fruit cakes, puddings and shortbread are made using only the best Australian ingredients with a sprinkling of imported ingredients. Our Pastry is hand made, yes hand made. The only pastry we do not make is filo.

Our sauces and fillings for our Mary's Munchies Brand of gourmet pies and quiche are made using fresh ingredients. Our pie fillings are freshly made to order of which we know where the meat, poultry, eggs, dairy and vegetables are sourced. As you can imagine our food is real and we know every ingredient used.

Our packaging is sourced Nationally,  of which we endeavour to have packaging that is made in Australia. There are times where our packaging is made overseas.

Anna’s Cuisina are proud promoters of Australian produce, especially regional produce, please view our Regional Produce segment for further information. There is also Mary's Munchies Range which consists of savoury type products such as delicious cheese biscuits, scrumptious tea biscuits, quiche and pies.  

The Anna’s Cuisina team are composed of mainstream adults and adults with disabilities. Anna maintains a policy that if you love food, cook food,are passionate about food and respect food the team will be quite dynamic. True to the recipe, so to speak.   

Anna’s Cuisina provide a variety of products and services to both wholesale and retail clients; one of our company policies is to sustain loyalty from clients, suppliers and personnel; which has proven to be successful,.

 Clients of Anna’s Cuisina include Harvey Nichols - England, Ireland, Scotland, David Jones (Nationally), Peters of Kensington, Diabetes Australia, Orange Visitors Centre, FLowers by Fruit, Pearsons Florist, Morgan’s Fine Foods, The Essential Ingredient Rozelle, Accoutrement - Mosman and more.
