A FEW IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Orders with a P.O. box address will not be accepted. 

2. We accept the following forms of payment:  Visa, MasterCard, Efptpos or debit card.

1. Select the items you want to purchase by clicking on either the Add to Cart button in the product details.

1. In order to complete a purchase with Anna’s Cuisina we require you to enter your name and address into our system. Without this, we won't know where to send your items! Please note that orders with a P.O. box address will not be accepted.

2. Please read our  Privacy Notice if you have any concerns about entering your details.

3. If you are a customer who has previously entered your details, click on the login link enter your email address and password and click on the Sign In button. You will then be taken directly to the Delivery Information screen without having to re-enter any further information.

4. If you are a new customer enter your details into the form, you will need to enter a password. Some fields are marked 'Required'. You must enter something into these fields as they are needed for dispatching your items. Fields not marked 'Required' are optional and you may leave them blank if you wish.

5. Click on the Continue button when done. If you have entered everything correctly you will be taken to a screen confirming your profile has been created otherwise you will be asked to check your information and try again. At the confirmation stage click on the Continue button to be taken to the Delivery Information screen.

1. This screen asks you to confirm the shipping address for your items and shows the amount to pay, if any, for shipping costs. The default shipping address is the one you entered when first entering your details.

2. You may change the delivery address by clicking on the Change Address button and entering a new address. When you are happy that the delivery address is correct, click on the Continue button to be taken to the Payment information screen.

1. This screen is where you enter your payment card details. Please check the information carefully as incorrectly entered information may result in your order being delayed or cancelled. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, 

2. Alternatively, you can select to pay via Fax or Telephone if you prefer. Select this payment option if you do not want to enter your card details via the Internet. Once you have selected your payment method and entered and checked your information if necessary, click on the Continue button.

1. After the payment information screen you are taken to a confirmation screen which displays your delivery address, the items you have ordered, the amount including any shipping costs to pay, your billing address and your payment details. If any of these are incorrect, click on the Back button of your browser and make any corrections needed. If you have selected to pay via Fax or Telephone you are given the option of printing the faxable order form. Regardless of which payment method you chose, make sure you also click on the Confirm Order button otherwise we will not receive your order.

Anna’s Cuisina reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
