Join Anna at the Essential Ingredient - Rozelle for a hands on Cooking Classes.

1. Pasta Making Class 18th June 2011 @ 10am start with a 12.30pm finish. For further enquiries or to make a booking call 02 9555 8300 or visit the website www.sydneyessential.com.au. Great menu as follows:

Tagliatelle served with prawn tomato sauce 

Cannelloni filled with Ricotta and Roasted Pumpkin & Béchamel Sauce

Tortellini filled with shredded duck marinated in pickled ginger,

served with a Hoisin Flavoured white sauce.

and of course - lots of fun in a fabulous foodie environment.
