Our ingredients are sourced from Australian Producers and suppliers. The fruit is a mxiture of fresh apples, oranges and lemons sourced from Orchardist in the Central West. The fruits arrive with the green leaves and branches still attached. Then we add a mixture of Australian and Imported Dried Fruits.
The Flour is from the Manildra Flour Mill in NSW, Qld Sugar, pure butter, the alcohol is from a nsw distillery, eggs are as fresh as they come - straight from a free range farm, spices are freshly ground just prior to receiving from our reliable Australian Spice expert.
Our pudding bowls are made in australia which makes for a reliable source of supply. Anna's Cuisina work with suppliers that are honest and proud of what they produce.
